Abstract

The content of this paper is to explore the health service mode of family doctor sinking into the grassroots. Through the investigation of the situation and development status of family doctor service, taking the JS Community Health Service Center's family doctor Pioneer as an example and using sociological research methods such as field investigation and case interview, this paper has a deep understanding of the basic situation, service content and health service mode of the JS Community health service Center's family doctor Pioneer. The present situation of family medicine service is analyzed, and the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as focusing on talent training, improving service model and strengthening publicity of family medicine service, in order to promote the development of family doctor contract service and grassroots health care by trying to make family doctor dip into the grassroots health service model.
