The JMHM follows a quarterly publication schedule, releasing four issues annually to ensure consistent and timely dissemination of interdisciplinary research in medical humanities and health communication.

Each quarterly issue contains 6-12 peer-reviewed articles, providing a balanced selection of research contributions across our interdisciplinary scope. Issue composition typically includes:
- 5-7 Original Research Articles
- 1-2 Comprehensive Review Articles
Content Distribution
Articles are distributed across issues to maintain thematic balance and ensure representation of diverse topics within medical humanities, health communication, and media studies. Special thematic issues may occasionally be published to address emerging topics or conference proceedings.
Schedule Adherence
The journal maintains strict adherence to the announced publication schedule. In exceptional circumstances that might affect publication timing, subscribers and the academic community will be promptly notified through official journal channels and website announcements.
